The New Mexico Brujos are the kings of the High Desert once again! Taking home the tournament title for the first time since 2019, the NM Brujos began the day with a 25 to 10 victory over Santa Fe. A convincing win over the host Aardvarks and a closing 24 to 19 win over El Paso secured the High Desert hardware for the Brujos. The New Mexico Brujos would like to thank their Union brothers for showing up to play each other again and the ABQ Aardvarks for being gracious hosts.
This tournament title is the result of the hard work y'all have put in to practice and conditioning, well done Brujos! Que Viva!
Next up the New Mexico Brujos look to keep the momentum rolling as they make the next stop on their 2024 Fall schedule with a trip West this weekend for the 43 annual Northern Arizona 10s Rugby Tournament in gorgeous Flagstaff, AZ. As usual this year's tournament takes place at Thorpe Park with a social to follow. The socials are always a high point of this tournament and this year's social promises to be one to remember with a "Rugby Carnival" theme. 2024 Fall schedule and Fall practice continues!
The New Mexico Brujos Fall schedule is in full swing! After kicking off the Fall season with the Santa Fe 10s over Labor Day Weekend, the NM Brujos continued their busy Fall season last Saturday by taking home the title at the High Desert Classic. This weekend it's West to Flagstaff for the Northern Arizona 10s on October 12th. The Brujos hit the road again two weeks later with a trip down South to play the El Paso Scorpions in a Union match on October 26th. The following weekend the Brujos get some home cooking as they host Santa Fe for a Union match on November 2nd. The Brujos finish up a busy Fall with the Sisters' tournament on November 9th and finally the ABQ Youth Rugby Turkey Touch on November 30th. As always dates and times are subject to change so stay tuned to the New Mexico Brujos Schedule Page for all up to the minute details!
The 2024 Fall season promises to be a full one with 10s and 15s tournaments and matches throughout the autumn season, which means it's more important than ever to get to practice!
NM Brujos practice is every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6 PM!

Two new teams have been added to this year's tournament with the Lady Sharks from Flagstaff and the men and women's teams from Colorado Springs.
Join the Sisters' on the field Saturday November 9th for a competitive/social men’s and women’s 10s tournament, a beer garden, food trucks, and special events.
Then take a lil' break, get dressed up, and come out to the formal masquerade! DJ, drinks, and dancing all night at the fabulous Clyde Hotel.
Call the Clyde and book with the rugby block so you can stay right where the dance is happening! You’ll be wishing you were there if you book elsewhere. This is an event you won't want to miss!
